Profile: The Shepherd Color Company is a manufacturer of complex inorganic color pigments. Our product line includes black 1G, yellow 10C112, violet 92, blue 10G551 and green 30C612. Our primrose-yellow 10C112 powder is produced by high temperature calcination. This pigment has excellent UV and good visible opacity. It is chemically inert, heat-resistant, and stable to ultraviolet light. It is used in applications where resistance to heat, light and weather are needed. Our black 1G is a jet-black powder produced by high temperature calcination. This pigment has good UV and visible opacity which is chemically inert, heat resistant, and stable to ultraviolet light. It is compatible with most resin systems & polymers, and is non-warping.
