Profile: Shanghai Charoma Perfumery & Bio-Chem Co., Ltd. produces menthol crystals, musk products, aromatic chemicals, essential oils and food additives. Some of our aroma chemicals are anisaldehyde, allyl heptanoate, benzyl benzoate, camphene and dipentene. We also offer food additives such as vanillin, ethyl vanillin, maltol, sodium citrate and lactic acid. Our vanillin has a white to pale yellow powder/needle like crystal appearance. It is used in flavor compositions especially in ice creams and chocolates.
