Profile: Ribtec manufactures refractory reinforcing fibres. Our stainless steel fibers are solidified on the tip of chill roll and thrown away from the pool with the momentum transfer of the rotating surface. Our molten metal is consistently displaced by a ceramic cylinder and overflows a horizontal ceramic edge where it is deposited onto the moving surface of rotating chill roll.
