Profile: Prestige Distributors manufactures PVC heat stabilizers and stearates. We also deal with PVC resins, PVC compounds, plasticizers, calcites, lubricants, whiteners, processing aids, impact modifiers, brighteners, PVC/LD masterbatches, colors & pigments and all other PVC chemicals. Calcium stearate is an internal and external lubricant. It is used in P.V.C. and in plastic processing. The normal dosage varies from 0.5 to 1.0 PHR. It can be used as a mould release agent also. It is used in paint industry, especially on cement paints. It finds application in foundry chemicals, metal forming, cosmetics and water proofing. We deal both with suspension grade and paste grade PVC resins. Suspension grade PVC resin is required in pipes, profiles and cable industry and paste grade PVC resin is used in footwear, PVC film, stickers, dip coating, toys & balls industries.
