Ascorbic acid and erythorbic acid are our anti-oxidants. Our sorbic acid falls under our preservatives category. It is a white crystalline powder. It is used in food, drink, vegetables, tobacco, drugs, cosmetics, agricultural products, forage, and other domains. As acidic preservative, sorbic acid is also used well in neutral food. Our fumaric acid is used as an acidulant, as it has bacteriostatic, and antiseptic function. It can also be used as acidity regulator, acidifier, thermal-oxidative resist auxiliary for curing accelerant, and as spice. When used as acidic substance of effervescent agent, it can produce extended, and exquisite bubbles. Fumaric acid can be used as pharmaceutical intermediate, and optical bleaching agent. In pharmaceutical industry, it is used to produce alexipharmic sodium dimercaptosuccinate, and ferrous fumarate. It is also applied in manufacturing unsaturated polyester resin.
