Profile: Maysa GIDA San ve Tic. A.S. specializes in servicing dairy & food industry products. Our products are rennets, starter cultures, culture growth media, culture bio activators, emulsifying salts, blends of stabilizers & emulsifiers, liquid calcium chloride, preservatives, colourants, flavors and auxillary products. Our calcipower 520 is a calcium chloride solution. Our yayla & mucoren microbial coagulants are prepared through the standardization of the proteolytic enzyme obtained from the selected strain of rhizomucor miehei and these are suitable for many cheese varieties. Our colourants are beta carotene and chlorophyl. Our preservatives are nisin, natamycin and lysozyme. Our nisin preservative is a natural bacteriocin produced by the lactococcus strains that are effective on Gr (+) which are spore producing bacteria. It is resistant to heat and is stable.
