Profile: Jhajharia Group specializes in providing industrial waxes. Our microcrystalline cellulose is a purified partially depolymerized alpha cellulose derived from wood pulp. It is an odorless, tasteless, white and a free flowing powder, which is free from organic & inorganic contaminants. It is insoluble in water, dilute acids and organic solvents. It is used a bulking agent in food products. It is used to convert oil based food and syrups to free flowing granular powder. This powder is used as a stabilizer in the manufacturing of ice-cream and cakes. Our chlorinated paraffin is obtained by the chlorination of linear aliphatic hydrocarbons. The chlorine content of the paraffin ranges from 40-64%. This paraffin is used as secondary plasticizer in the manufacture of PVC compounds.
