Blending of iron powder combinations provide a defined set of performance characteristics, which allows us to provide custom formulations for specific applications. Our HC15™ material is proprietary engineered material formulated to enhance reactivity. This material is produced using an innovative manufacturing process which results in particles representing a high density of reactive sites. This is achieved using both specific particle size classification and combinations of alloying elements. These powders are available in a wide range of particle sizes that vary from 5 microns up to 150 micron size. Our HCA iron represents a very high purity cast iron powder with different available grades & mesh sizes. It is available in micro-scale, granular and coarse particle size distributions.
