We supply a variety of products for investment casting such as pattern release & pattern wash and silicone mold release agent. Our wax pattern cleaner removes silicone oil and other release agents from wax patterns prior to the application of the primary ceramic coat. It also acts as an etching material for the wax pattern as it cleans off the release agent. These metal cleaners are designed to remove unwanted resin and sand buildup from the tooling surface. Regular use of these products will significantly increase tool life and improves core quality. Our solvent based release agents are designed specifically for the no bake process. These products provide excellent release on both metal and wood tooling.
