Profile: DHII Industries is specialized in fly ash utilization in the areas of building construction. Fly ash is basically a waste material. The process of blending fly ash, lime and calcinated gypsum results in the formation of a very useful product by name FAL-G. Phosphogypsum, a waste product from fertilizer plants is washed and refined followed by calcination. The fly ash lime mix is mixed in predetermined proportions with calcinated gypsum which produces FAL-G having strong binding proportions and can be used as cement. It can be mixed with sand and/or aggregate to produce building bricks of any desired strength.
