Our topiramate is used to treat incomplete paroxysm in patients in whom common antiepileptic drugs do not work. It is also an inhibitor of carbonic anhydrase. Our 2-butene-1,4-diol can be used to synthesize intermediate pesticide endosulfan. Its halogen ester can be used to produce bactericides and anti-adherents for paper-making. It can also be used as additive for electroplating to achieve bright-ductile nickel plating layer.
