Profile: Badger Color Concentrates Inc. offers Color Concentrates. We produce color concentrate/masterbatch for almost every type of manufacturer in the plastic industry. Our Ultra-Trans™ is the newest line of product that is specifically designed to meet the needs of the many molders requesting a more vivid but transparent look to their parts. We have found a way to reduce pigment particle size of traditional organic pigments. These products, when introduced into polypropylene, yield the most brilliant transparent colors available.

We formulate with an excellent understanding of our customer’s process and have some of the best formulation chemists in the industry. We can improve product characteristics such as impact strength, flow and / or light stability in almost any polymer or simply reformulate a product to lower coloring cost.

Blow Molded Services
We offer color concentrate for every application, from injection blow molded PET to extrusion blow molded HDPE. Our customers look to us to make their blow molded parts the same color with consistent overall quality.

Extrusion Grade Products
We use rigid vinyl to carry the concentrate into vehicle. Our competitors use materials like San, ABS and flexible PVC as carriers for rigid vinyl applications. Our R&D group has found a way to improve the flow of a rigid vinyl carrier.

Injection Molded Products
We have some of the best formulators in the industry and they formulate product specific to each application. We provide color concentrate that meets/exceeds every expectation for product quality. We improve product characteristics such as impact strength, flow and light stability in almost any polymer.
