Our industrial edible casein is used in chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Our calcium caseinate is used for neutralizing capsaicin, which is an ingredient of peppers, habaneros, jalapenos and chilli peppers. It is manufactured by synthesizing the dehydrated skim milk.
